"We are 3 weeks into being gluten free due to a celiac diagnosis for my 3 year old. We still have the taste of gluten and have tried several different types of bread with no luck. This is the only brand that even comes close to "normal" bread (and in my opinion actually tastes better). The loaves of bread are a great size. The crust is crusty but not too hard to bite through. the middle is beautifully soft. It toasts well but also tastes great when not toasted. I highly (HIGHLY) recommend this bread to everyone!
