It’s a match made in heaven: two comfort foods grilled into one. Soothe your carb cravings and treat yourself with the double deliciousness of gooey gluten-free mac ‘n’ cheese stuffed inside grilled slices of our gluten-free bread. Using up leftovers just doesn’t get yummier than this!

Preheat your sandwich press or frying pan and lightly butter with coconut oil or buttery spread.

Spread the outside bread with coconut oil or dairy-free butter. On one side, pile leftover mac ‘n’ cheese and vegan cheese shreds, and top with the second slice.

Grill until browned and melty!

Tip:

No sandwich press? No problem! Sprinkle cheddar-style shreds under your leftover mac ‘n’ cheese and on top—the melted cheese will help hold the mac ‘n’ cheese filling together so it’s easier to flip as it grills one side at a time in a frying pan.
